2020 has certainly been an unexpected year, who could have predicted we would enter into a global pandemic which would rock the housing market to the core. But despite such uncertainly and the overhaul of two national lockdowns this year, it was and will always be business as usual for us, and we’re pleased to report it’s been another incredibly busy year here at Check 4 Houses thanks to our fantastic clients.
Over the past 12 months, we have saved our clients an astonishing £272,709 when compared to standard agency fees. That’s an average of over £4,131 per sale. What would you do with the extra £4,131? It’s a long way towards a new kitchen or a new

Our single biggest saving for a client was £8,301 (excl VAT). We sold properties of all shapes and size during the year, with the most expensive sale at £685,000.
Many of the properties we sold were in our local area of Fleet, Frimley, Wokingham, Hook, Farnborough, Camberley, Aldershot, Reading, Basingstoke, Odiham, Guildford, Frimley and Ash but we have also sold properties as far away as Westbury in Wiltshire. Thanks to our internet-based approach we can sell properties anywhere in England from our head office in Fleet, Hampshire.

We have tried our utmost best to go above and beyond this year, and 2021 will be no different, continuing with the safe distancing measures, and more we hope to help many more clients far and wide to realise their property dreams.

After such a demanding year we will be taking a few days off over Christmas. The offices will be closing on Thursday 24th December and reopening on Monday 4th January. We are expecting the first six months of the year to be extremely busy, as they are always a popular time to buy and sell houses, but given the stamp duty holiday is due to expire on 31st March 2021, we expect it to be even busier – And of course, we’ll be raring to go!
